As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Skincare Specialist with over 17 years experience in the medical aesthetics industry, she has a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service and innovation with a wide range of laser and injectable solutions. Her mission is to help you achieve vibrant skin and boost confidence by delivering simplified, authentic, and natural results with preventative and restorative procedures.

With a deep appreciation for both art and science during her formative years, Chelsea sought a calling that would harmoniously combine the two. After years of working in various dermatology and plastic surgery practices, Chelsea left her career as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Practitioner to fine-tune her expertise through the pursuit of scholarship — graduating with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina with a BS in Nursing. Her obsession for continual education, love of interprofessional collaboration, and desire to be a vanguard in the aesthetics industry led her to Dr. Richland’s practice, where she is ecstatic to bring her unique combination of aesthetic skills, integrity, and ingenuity to every patient.
Cassandra
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Cassandra graduated with both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the prestigious Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. She honed her skills as a Registered Nurse at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where she specialized in the neuroscience unit for a full 7 years, before transitioning to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. In this role, she gained invaluable experience in managing complex medical conditions, which laid the foundation for her foray into aesthetics.
With a keen eye for aesthetic detail, Cassandra derives great satisfaction from helping people look and feel their best. She has developed an impressive range of skills, with particular expertise in cheek filler, lip filler, and total skin rejuvenation.
Ivy
Licensed Esthetician
Ivy is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, having spent over 15 years in the field, beginning as a freelance makeup artist and becoming a certified aesthetician in 2018. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience while working at some of the premier medical spas in Orange County. Her gentle touch and friendly attitude contribute to her ability to achieve outstanding results while creating a soothing spa-like atmosphere. One of her favorite aspects of the job is getting to know new patients and helping them on their journey to better skin. Additionally, she is a proud dog mom to an AmStaff named Duke, enjoys sushi as her favorite food, and her favorite movie is Selena.
Summer
Patient Care Coordinator
Summer is our patient care and front desk coordinator, and likely the first person you see when you walk through our doors. Her professionalism and attention to detail are matched only by her warm smile and friendly demeanor. Summer works with each of our patients from their first consultation through their final follow-up appointment, and is on a first-name basis with pretty much everyone who walks into the building. She will happily guide you through any questions you have about your treatment process and help you find the answers you seek.
