Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University (LLU).

Dr. Ruben Castro
Associate Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Castro is an exceptionally skilled plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. As a recognized Center of Excellence, our facility is a destination for the nation's top surgical talent, and Dr. Castro was hand-selected by Dr. Richland to join our team, reflecting the highest confidence in his training and ability. He is currently completing one of the most elite aesthetic surgery fellowships in the country, collaborating with our surgeons to stay at the forefront of aesthetic and reconstructive technique. Before medicine, he served nine years in the U.S. Navy, including a combat deployment to Iraq as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman. He was promoted five times and after completing his tour, voluntarily was honorably discharged to further his medical career. He earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from UC San Diego (Phi Beta Kappa), his MD from UCLA, completed a six-year plastic surgery residency at UC Irvine and a one-year Plastic Surgery Cosmetic Fellowship.
